- When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination.
- Do you offer free shipping in the Netherlands?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €300.
- How long does delivery take?
Netherlands: typically 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Europe: typically 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
- Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
- Which carriers do you use?
We ship with PostNL, DPD, DHL, and UPS. The carrier used depends on the destination country.
- How do you package orders?
We pack all orders securely to help prevent damage during transit. Singles are protected, and sealed products are carefully padded and reinforced.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@tcgnasian.com. If the order has already been processed or handed over to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.
- Shipping or Delivery Issues
If you experience a problem with shipping or delivery, please check your Track & Trace first for the latest updates. If your parcel shows no movement for several business days, appears delivered but you have not received it, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@tcgnasian.com with your order number and tracking link.
For damaged deliveries, include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item(s). We will review the information and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- How does shipping work for pre-orders?
Pre-orders are dispatched once the product is in stock and ready to ship. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- How does shipping work for Rip & Ship?
Rip & Ship items are opened live on stream on your behalf. After the stream, your pulls will be shipped using your selected shipping method. For more details, please see our Rip & Ship page.
