RETURN POLICY

At tcgnasian.com we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy applies to consumer purchases made through our webshop.

1. Return period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns requested after the 14-day withdrawal period may be refused.

2. Return conditions

Because we sell trading card products, the following condition rules apply:

Sealed products (booster packs, ETBs, booster boxes and other sealed items)

  • Must be returned unopened, unused, and with the factory seal intact.
  • If the seal is broken, the product is opened, or the packaging is damaged in a way that affects resale, we may refuse the return or apply a deduction in value.

3. Return procedure

To request a return, email us at info@tcgnasian.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval and instructions may be refused or delayed. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our mistake (for example, we sent the wrong item), we will provide a return label at no cost.

The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the return.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. If the returned item(s) meet our return conditions after inspection, we will refund the full purchase price paid for those item(s).

6. Exceptions

The following products and services are excluded from this return policy:

  • Sealed TCG products (such as booster packs, ETBs, and booster boxes): are not eligible for return if the factory seal has been broken or the product has been opened after delivery.

  • Singles (individual cards): All sales are final on singles.

  • Livestream orders (Rip & Ship): these orders are final because the products are opened live on stream on your behalf, and are therefore not eligible for returns or refunds. For more information, please see our Rip & Ship page.
